About Us
Michael Lawrence
Michael Lawrence is the founder of The Inception Group. He advises clients on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply, vendor, IP licensing and software agreements. He also has extensive experience representing clients in areas of general corporate governance and corporate transactions, including financings and lending. Prior to working as a corporate attorney, Michael spent almost ten years as a litigator at some of the largest firms in the US.
Michael spent ten years as a litigator at a number of premier law firms prior to transitioning to in-house roles, including Greenberg Traurig and Skadden Arps.
